The brief for Neelam’s crown jewel in Mulund (E) was received with much excitement for what promised to be a super luxurious experience. With 47 storeys, 50+ amenities and deck apartments, this project had it all.


We went with Passcode Stellar and gave it that “out of the world feel” literally with the logo styling and the aesthetics that denote interstellar travel. The teasers featured a portal which you enter to experience this novel lifestyle.

Pearl Heaven, in line with Chandiwala’s legacy was a name that was already in place when we got the brief. To take this foward, we took the route of witnessing a lifestyle that is heaven on earth.

Taking cues from travel and aviation websites, our teasers talked about preparing for take off to heaven on earth, with boarding passes as CP invites, a passport sized brochure for ease and other thematic elements

Shri Ram Krishna as a project name was already in place but with an archaeic stlye of design. It needed a visual overhaul that needed to be brought to contemporary standards using an ethnic colour palette, minimal logo styling, Indian traditional motifs and sales lounge treatment.

We re-created the entire collateral set and revised the sales lounge appeal for a truly extrordinary launch that is still making waves in Mira Road.

Placed right of Juhu Circle, Yura was a name coined for the project well in advance by the developers which we took into stride. These luxurious boutique offices were taken to market with the “#MadeForYou”.

These personalised spaces at one of Muymbai’s most prestigious addresses was a serious crowd pulelr and commanded a great price right off the bat. Created in a corporate palette with magazine style vibes and focusing on the personas of business leaders, this campaign drew great attention.
